Oxypolis filiformis is a long-lived perennial wildflower found throughout the state. Flower spikes can reach up to 4 feet high. It requires wet to consistently moist soil and part to full sun. It works very well in rain or bog gardens as well as low spots that are regularly filled with water. It is a host plant for Black Swallowtail butterflies.
